We're all into your mental health, disability & aged care support
If you have an NDIS capacity building budget or Home Care Package, we can help you with your support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching or in-home aged care support needs.
go far, together
Allinto was born from our belief in the difference that experienced coordinators can make to the lives of people living with disability, mental illness, and people in need of aged care. Drawing on decades of experience in disability support coordination, we created Allinto as a place where guidance, support, and coaching could be combined all into one. Wherever you are in Australia, we can help you navigate the NDIS, coordinate service providers, and manage the complexities of aged care through Home Care Packages. Whether you're navigating the NDIS or seeking assistance with aged care services, we're here to help you transition through life's challenges. If you don't already have an NDIS or Aged Care - Home Care Package plan, find out if you qualify for the funding below.
Supporting clients with high and low needs
We help people with high and low needs to access supports, alleviating the need to coordinate with each individual provider.
Partnering with you to make sense of your support options
Supporting you throughout your funding journey is what we do, ensuring anyone with a disability and aged care in-home support requirement can access services suited to their needs.
Enhancing the lives of people with disability and supporting older Australians to live well at home for longer
We gather information, provide guidance, and tap into our networks to improve the lives of clients, from our first meeting and into the future.
We have offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Rockhampton, but we can support you via video and phone wherever you are in Australia. Our goals are built on the idea that each of our clients has different needs and a unique vision for their life. Together, the Allinto team strives to help clients work towards success within the NDIS and Aged Care system and for those who are ineligible for funding.
