Our team of specialists have extensive experience in disability, mental health, and related human and social services. Whether you have NDIS Support Coordination, or other NDIS capacity building funding or not, we can help link you with the right services and get access to the support you need.
Support coordination
We provide both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination, to connect you with the right support services. From your first meeting to ongoing support, we are there throughout your NDIS journey.
Case management
We partner with Government to provide case management services for people transitioning from hospital, child safety, mental health services and older Australians who wish to remain living independently.
Recovery coaching
Coming late 2023 - We support people with psychosocial disabilities to live a full life on their recovery journey. We help you to manage challenges of day-to-day living, and to have better control over your life.
