Sharon has over 35 years’ experience in operations and leadership across healthcare and the not-for-profit sector and is passionate about supporting individuals to have access to the support they need, removing barriers like complex systems and supporting teams to grow.

Jo brings extensive experience across multiple industries, with a strong focus on the disability and community services sectors. She has worked within complex service environments, supported operational delivery at scale, and contributed to the development of high‑quality, person‑centred programs.
Passionate about working in disability, Jo is committed to strengthening internal processes, and supporting consistent, reliable outcomes for the people we work with.
