Celebrating Allinto’s First Anniversary: A Year of Growth, Impact, and Dedication

It’s with great joy and pride that we announce Allinto’s first anniversary since our launch on 3 July 2023. This milestone represents a year filled with remarkable growth, impactful initiatives, and unwavering dedication to serving our community.

Allinto was founded on the belief in the transformative power of experienced coordinators to improve the lives of individuals facing disability and mental health challenges. Over the past year, we have expanded our reach across Australia, enriching our services and deepening our impact.

  • Client Growth: We began with 550 clients and have grown to 834, including welcoming new staff and clients from Live Better in Orange and Rockhampton.
  • Financial Milestones: Our revenue has surged from $3.6 million to $4.4 million as of June 2024, underscoring our commitment to excellence and efficiency.
  • Operational Efficiency: We have enhanced our operational efficiency from 72% in 2023 to an impressive 82% in 2024.
  • Team Expansion: Our team, now 45 strong, spans across urban, regional, and rural Queensland, Melbourne, and regional New South Wales. Our presence in regional and rural NSW has been bolstered through partnerships with Live Better.

Throughout the year, we introduced innovative programs such as Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, the Hospital to Community Program, and roles like Senior Support Coordination and Entry Level SC. Notably, Nook Dupuy was recognised with the inaugural Outstanding Support Coordinator of the Year award, a testament to our team’s dedication and expertise.

We marked significant milestones by opening our first branded office in Morayfield and a new office in Canterbury, Victoria, further strengthening our commitment to accessibility and service excellence.

Allinto CEO Karen Hale-Robertson, reflecting on this journey, expressed immense pride in the team’s achievements and reiterated Allinto’s mission to provide exceptional support coordination and services.

“I would like to thank everyone for their dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives,” said Karen.

“As we celebrate this milestone, we remain steadfast in our purpose: to partner with our clients in navigating complex human and social services systems, ensuring they receive the support they need. Our vision is for everyone to access the services and supports necessary to live their best life.

“Thank you to all our clients, partners, and team members for your continued support. Together, we have achieved so much in our first year, and we look forward to many more milestones ahead as we continue our journey of making a meaningful impact in the community.”

Allinto was born from our belief in the difference that experienced coordinators can make to the lives of people living with disability and mental illness.

Wherever you are in Australia, we can help you navigate the NDIS, coordinate service providers, and transition through life’s challenges.
