Allinto and Northcott have announced a collaboration to transition support coordination services and staff from Northcott to Allinto, ensuring continuity of care and service excellence for participants.
Northcott proactively decided to transition its Support Coordination services to Allinto’s independent and registered support coordination agency from 13 February 2025.
Transition plans commenced late last year, to ensure continuity of service to existing Northcott support coordinator clients.
Allinto CEO Karen Hale-Robertson said with shared values, proven expertise, and an excellent reputation, Allinto was well-equipped to continue providing outstanding support coordination services and welcome Northcott’s team of support coordinators.
“The successful transition will strengthen Allinto’s commitment to delivering impartial, high-quality support coordination for NDIS participants and allow them to live a fulfilling life,’’ she said.
“Our growing team will create even more opportunities to expand our reach and support even more people in New South Wales with high-quality coordination services.
“We are pleased to warmly welcome 13 staff from Northcott into the Allinto team.”
Northcott CEO Liz Forsyth said the transition to a specialist support coordination provider was a strategic decision to ensure participants continue having choice and control over the services they receive.
